I click on the YouTube link and I then copy and paste the you tube video link within the brackets and it doesn't display anything at all.  What am I doing wrong?

You only need to put in the random characters after the question mark.  Copy/paste the URL here, and I'll show ya.

Hit the YouTube icon

[.youtube=425,350][/youtube]

Plug in ONLY the random character variable


http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4VPK7wBzSE&feature=related  (Everything after "v=" and before "&", so -4VPK7wBzSE

Now, slap that in the YouTube code

[.youtube=425,350]-4VPK7wBzSE[/youtube]

Once you remove the period, you'll see your video!

[youtube=425,350]-4VPK7wBzSE[/youtube]

Just make sure you have some kind of text preceding the youtube tag.

Are there only certain video's that can be put up? I tried to put up a video and it said video is no longer available, but it is available on the you tube site. Are there copyright policies or something? I dont understand. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

Also, if you're getting an invalid warning, do not use https://. Change that to http:// if you *must* use the full address... even though you don't need to.
